  • Pricing for Ongoing Kitchen Usage and Single Use/Event Kitchen Usage is listed below. Also note the monthly or event minimums are listed at the bottom.
  • Ongoing Kitchen Usage

    • $350/month Minimum - due on the first of every month.
      • Included in this minimum is
        • - Usage up to $350 - workstation fee (see below) is deducted based on the time used. Any unused does not roll over to the next month. Any additional usage needed is prepaid.
        • - One dry storage Cage (3'(w) x 3'(d) x 8'(h))
        • - One box (enclosed speed rack) that can be rolled into either the walk-in refrigerator or walk-in freezer.

      • As more usage is required, more cold and dry storage is available
    • Workstation Fees - (See Workstations for more detail)

    • Single event (commercial or non-commercial):
      • - Cooking/Baking Workstation $30/hr* or Prep Workstation $25/hr* or combination
      • - Refrigerated Storage: $5/day*
      • - Freezer Storage: $6/day*
      • - Processing Fee: $250/event (This fee is waived if ALL paperwork, including the daily event log, is transacted via email (print, sign, scan, email). No faxing available.).*
      • - Minimums for Single Events
        • - Special Event Facilities - For each Special Event Permit, there is a $350* minimum
        • - Personal Event Facilities - For each Event, there is a $350* minimum for single usage.
